Returns & Refunds

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that, due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used soaps, oils, or shampoos

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personal care products that have been unsealed


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message confirming that we have received your item.
We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

If your refund seems delayed, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please contact us via email or phone before returning it. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
