1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Our products are shipped directly from Dalowali, Sialkot.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment or order confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation message or email once your order is ready for dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Punjab: 2–3 working days

  • Sindh & KPK: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 7 working days

(Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 3000 🎉

  • For orders below Rs. 3000, a small shipping fee (Rs. 200–250) will be applied depending on location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct for smooth delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order on the courier’s website.

7. Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you within the expected time, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
